"It's rather unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review but tonight my family received raw dough inside of our Alfredo chicken pizza, that was part of the buy a gourmet pizza get a 12" for free. I was so turned off by it I requested just a regular pepperoni pizza in exchange instead of another chicken Alfredo pizza. Katlin the shift manager refused to honor my request and said she could make the same pizza or have her gm call me in the morning for a credit! Her attitude was not caring at all. Ma'am you all messed up my families dinner! We could get sick! For such a serious matter you should have done more! Furthermore we also had a pepperoni pizza as well, tasted wonderful until I noticed gray on the crust!!!! I'm so upset because we have been loyal customers for years. The Lovelace Family"
"Our food was delivered without the 2 orders if salad dressing and no dipping sauce. I called them and they said they would have it delivered and it was never delivered. This has happened several times. Now I have a large Greek salad in my fridge with no dressing. It’s upsetting to be told they will correct the mistake and then nothing."

"I got my food long before the time the tracker said I would on Christmas Eve!!! I asked for my calzone to be baked well done and that's how I got it! Driver called and left me a voicemail to make sure I knew the food had been delivered. Great service! Give my driver, Danny a raise! He deserves it! Thanks to everyone at the store for processing and cooking my order, too. Heck, give them all raises!"
"Love Sarpino's food and the free delivery is always nice. The only issue is, I wish when they gave you a choice, they would actually pay attention to it. I always order garlic butter with the bread sticks and have never successfully received it with my order."
