"The driver did not take my money and look terrified when I answered the door! Poor service"
"No problems with my first experience at this location. The thin crust was well-done as I requested, the pizza was not center-loaded, appropriate portions were used, and the requested side items were included. Although the cheesesticks were not properly docked (notice the bare edges where the crust rose and attempted to center-load the cheese), the 4 stars is for forgetting to shake on the Italian herb seasoning. Seriously, it does make a difference. Service was quick and courteous."

"The “manager” on duty tonight was VERY rude. She did not greet me when I walked in and approached the counter with a complete attitude. She was not accommodating at all and would not even attempt to assist with the mishap that happened. I would have excused her behavior had I not witnessed her be be completely nice and accommodating to the people that were in front of me. I will NEVER go to this Papa Johns again I don’t care how convenient the location is. I FULLY believe I was treated this way because I am black! When I asked to speak with her boss, she said he was “out of town.” What a convenient LIE!"
