"Fazoli's is like a fast food version of Olive Garden. It tastes great but still a bit expensive. Unlimited bread sticks while you are there and their cheese cakes are amazing. Easy way to feed the whole family and still have some food left over."

"I don’t understand why the kitchen person would come out and clean a messy eating/dinning area if it wasn’t her job in the first place. I had to ask her if she was a customer being nice or if she worked here and she said she worked here with a smile. The two bigger girls that were working didn’t even bother doing their job bedsides stand around."

"Waste of $42. When I told my 2 coworkers I was coming here they said ewwww and laughed. I should have gone elsewhere but I am hard headed. Worst food I have ever had. I got the meatball submarino for $9.99. 2 slices of pepperoni pizza for $5.29. The Grand Sampler which consisted of chicken Alfredo, spaghetti and 1 meatball, lasagna and a fourth unidentifiable pasta for $12.79. 6- Under cooked bread sticks for $3.49. Cup of bland tomatoes doubling as marinara sauce for $1.49. The only good thing were the large Sierra Mist and Dr Pepper for $2.99 each that my son and I got. I swear today I made an emergency visit to the Kansas City VA Medical Center due to my depression over wasting this money over food that tasted like glue. Things I have seen in the Army don't compare to the tragedy of this concrete pasta. Please pray for me.."
