"I had never been a Boot Barn until today. I am 43 years old and have worn western since 80s. I came in to do a online return for my fiancé. Planned on shopping and probably spending money. The store is clean and adorable. The woman who’s name I didn’t catch was rude and unfriendly. Literally throwing the shirts. II felt judged and like I wasn’t worth her time. Like it was my fault she couldn’t find my order. I will never step in a boot barn again. Try smiling and putting the customer 1st. My money will go else where. Me and my oil worked stained jeans will find cute clothes somewhere else."

"Great customer service. I bought 10 cowboy hats to send as a gift to Nepal. After sending it we found out 5 of the hats were a little bigger. I called the customer service and they said they can refund it even though it was a couple months over the return date. Really happy with the store, staff and customer service."
