"Do you want the best customer service see the guy that manages this place! I used to run in a lot when I worked on my way home but I take care of my mom. The guy takes care of everyone. I'm stopping by to see him today buying a bunch of sandwiches and I'm gonna keep buying it from the sky cause he deserves it and I'm buying them all sandwiches, if you're around here, stop and say hi"

"*Sept 2023* I mobile ordered 2 footlongs using the buy one get one free footlong coupon. I arrived when the app said my order was complete. I walked into the store, and it was not on the shelf. I waited. This store made over 140+ sandwiches during the dinner rush (in addition to it being the first Chiefs game of the season.) It was explained to the customers that quite a few of the ingredients were sold out. Given that my sandwich was turkey/ham with just lettuce & mayo, I thought I'd be OK. When I got home, I opened my sandwich gleefully only to discover that there was tuna fish on it. I don't eat fish, so I ended up eating chocolate chip cookies for dinner. Thankfully, my husband ate it, and his sandwich was perfect. I understand that this is an accident and don't want any employees in trouble for this. They are underpaid and underappreciated by these capitalist big wigs who pester me to tip their employees instead of paying them a liveable wage."

"We had the best experience at subway tonight. He was a true sandwich artist. He made the sandwiches just like the picture!!!! The place where the veggies and stuff were was very clean. The cleanest I’ve ever seen this place. He made sure to properly wash his hands between each person. He really was kind and thoughtful! We enjoyed our experience tonight!!"

"The slowest subway I have ever been to in my life. It took 10 moves for the staff to even talk to us and we were the first people in line. They basically ignored every customer to walk around looking at things and going to the cooler instead of taking care of customers. It seemed the people working there were miserable. It's clean but has a terrible staff that could care less about helping customers."
