Subway

"I have not been to Subway for years and today I was reminded exactly why I don't go there. First of all, the person who takes the bread out and puts the meat on your sandwich uses the same gloves for every single sandwich. So when she or he takes out a loaf of bread and cuts it, she's touching it with all the meat that she has touched and then puts it back on the shelf if you didn't get a footlong. How's that health department? The gentleman who fixed my sandwich tonight obviously hates his job. As he was putting the toppings on my sandwich, everything was thrown in the center. I asked if he would mind spreading that out to both ends of the sandwich so I have something on the end? Tomatoes were barely pink. He never said thank you, just pushed the sandwich at me. Pathetic service. Got home to eat the sandwich, The bread is hard. The outside of the bread is cracking all over the plate. I will never return to Subway again. What a waste of money and what a horrible location."

"I placed an online order in the app for pickup at 6 PM (20 minutes later). I got a call at 5:51 saying they were out of the bread I ordered. That’s fine, I said a different bread was fine to substitute. I got to the store at 6:10 and they had not started my order. The young man said it would be 10 minutes. He started the order and then said they were out of grilled chicken. No apology, just stating flatly they were out of the main ingredient in both my sandwiches. While I waited, the another employee complained about another employee who worked earlier in the day. She was talking mockingly of this employee and it was very uncomfortable to sit there listening to this rude conversation. Others with online orders came in and were told “it’s going to be awhile.” No apologies for the wait, no offer for a drink while we waited. I will not be returning back to this location."

"Received terrible service from this location. Card machine was down and was instructed to order from the app. Once order was about to be placed.. the young blonde lady says with an attitude she doesn’t feel comfortable with us being there and not to waste our time processing. We were the only “minorities” in the establishment. Please be mindful and stop judging ppl based on the color of their skin. As a military veteran and DOD employees, it was disheartening to experience this encounter. Please do better."

"I went in right in the middle of a dinner rush. There was two people working, a young man and an older women. They had obviously been working very hard and had a long day. The women was extremely pleasant and very witty. I would come back just for her!"

"Normally I will only post good reviews to places I have been to. But today is not the case. I visited this location yesterday with my wife to try and get a quick bite before going to the store. There were two gentlemen working but one decided to make his own sandwich instead of taking care of the customers. Normally I wouldn't mind but we were the only people in the shop. After the one who made our sandwiches stopped making jokes about every single thing we put on our sandwiches we went and sat down to find our sandwiches in the state they were. (Pictures shown). Mine was very messed up but my wife's was alright. The cookies we received were all over cooked and crunchy. I've been to this location a couple times before but this was the worst experience at this location. I do recommend other locations just not this one."
