"Kyle and the whole team took amazing care of my car today. When I first explained what was going on with my car, Kyle knew right away what the problem likely was. It ended up being exactly where he said it would be, though much worse than originally thought. He allowed me to take pictures of the massive hidden oil leak he had uncovered. The oil had corroded my spark plugs and was everywhere. Kyle and the team were able to quickly trouble shoot and repair the gasket covers and replace the spark plugs that same day. I am so incredibly appreciative of how through they were and that the shop had all the required parts on hand. The facility was clean and the Employees were all helpful and respectful. Everyone was knowledgeable about their craft, and If someone did not know the answer to a question they were honest about it and did their best to uncover the answer. Everyone seemed really happy to be working there and eager to help customers keep their cars in top shape."

"Great experience. This was my first time to a Jiffy Lube, my husband usually takes the car to Valvoline. I will not be going back to Valvoline, Jiffy Lube was sooo much better. Same price or less for much better and more professional car care and customer service. The whole team who were on at this location were great."

"The person who checked me out said the coolant level was low and ask if I wanted it topped off for $5.99. But, he said the same thing to the 2 customers before me. I knew my coolant wasn’t low because I was traveling and had checked that in the morning before I arrived at your place. I feel that he was trying to make extra money by taking advantage of the customer. Also, I checked my oil level after the service and it appears that I am 1 quart low, again I feel that I have been shorted to make more money for the store. There was one car in for my of me, but the service took over 45 minutes to complete. It was a very bad experience."

"Went here for an oil change for my company fleet car. Joseph told me it would be a 45 min wait until they could service my car as there were only 3 techs for this morning and a few cars ahead of me. Not a problem as I actually had time. His estimation was correct and he was very professional as well. Excellent service and they were very patient as my company had to give payment over the phone. This location should be proud of the courteousness and professionalism as to how they are with each customer as I had noticed it wasn’t just me that left with satisfaction guaranteed. Highly recommend going to this location if you don’t have a busy morning planned."
