"Went in not knowing anything about car batteries. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name but he was so informative and told me the different prices. When I came right back to refund my old battery, the system was having issues with refunding. The man and lady were so patient and soo helpful! Definitely will be coming back!"

"Victor Urtiz here is the best. The old manager broke my key when I came in to have the battery replaced. Victor did everything to make it right and had the company cover the cost to replace it. He was super friendly and cool and had no problem helping us and taking care of the situation. I highly recommend this place. They will take care of you. Victor Urtiz is awesome. Thank you!"

"Went into battery plus. Had to use restroom before I wet my pants. No you cannot use our restroom. Company policy. What can I help with looking at the 80 dollar battery. Explained I was going to wet my pants,I'm diabetic half to go when it calls. I pleaded with him.. never go into one of your stores ever again."

"One of the rudest salespeople I’ve ever encountered. I needed a battery for my keyfob. The fellow who waited on me actually said to me that he had a family to feed when I declined buying a warranty for the tiny little button battery. I told him I had a family too. He was insistent about the warranty. I did not buy one. Would have made my battery purchase over $24. I told him I didn’t even know if I would still have my car next year. Very pushy. Won’t be going back. I only drive 6 miles further to this store because I encountered the same rude persistent behavior at their store in Independence. They must train their employees to really push those warranties."

"This place is supposed to install your battery for you when you buy it but the kid in there couldn't figure it out. He told me we might be able to figure something out which never happened. I had to go somewhere else to have my battery installed."
