"I have never experienced customer service like this. Jerry Tucker was not only quick to return my call (way after hours) but he also educated me on the entire process of the possible needed repairs. He listened to my complaints and advised me accordingly. Thankfully his direction over the phone was enough to educate me and I was able to resolve the issue. But let me just say if I ever am in need of a plumber, “A Royal Flush” will be the only one I call, I suggest you do the same. D."

"I've lived in apartments and rented for most of my life so when my water went out I had no idea what to do. I called a couple of plumbers, and A Royal Flush was the third one I called. After not having water for over a day, the man I spoke with (unfortunately I forgot his name) seemed concerned about getting my water turned back on that day. He told me he was busy, but he'd come out that day. Compared to the other two places that were going to charge $150 just to come out, the free estimate he gave was a godsend. Him and his partner came out in a timely manner, had the issue fixed within 30 minutes, and charged less than what the other plumbers were charging just to come out. Apparently the main pipe had cracked, and that was what was why I was accidentally watering my neighbors yard. They were extremely friendly and kind, and I got my water back! Thank you so much!!!!!"
