"Mr. Charles and his team was truly a Godsend to me on last week. On my way home I noticed that my front right tire was loosing air rapidly. I googled tire shops that was near my current location at that time and Snider’s populated as the closest place. As I entered the property and realized this was a big truck company, I wasn’t sure if Sniders would be able to assist me. Mr. Charles assured me that he his team would assist me with my tire repair/replacement. "I am the co-owner of Family 1st Transport LLC. We took our box truck here for an alignment and inspection. Snider advised us at the initial consultation..that there machine needed to do alignment was out of service. We opted to leave the truck there until the work needed could be done. Snider staff was honest, responsive, and professional. Snider staff Kepler us in the loop every other week. They did exactly what was asked of them and fixed issues that we didn’t ask.
