"Front desk receptionist was wonderful! I had a 7:30am appointment. The alignment tech was late to work, car didn’t get brought in until almost 9. Then they proceeded to tell me they did not have the equipment to do my car. Huge waste of my time."
"I had wheel bearings, rotors and brakes done back in July 2023. I noticed a similar sound. I went back and they said I needed to get the same work done. They said it was a constant issue with the car I have. I took it to another mechanic and he said they installed the rotors improperly. Not only did they do a poor job on my vehicle and lied, they also over charged me by about 900 dollars compared to most mechanics in the area. On a side note the receptionist is fantastic."
"I had a low tire pressure light come on while driving my daughter’s car. I took the car to Meineke in Gulfport MS and they put my car right up on the track and checked it out. Quickly took care of my issue. Great staff and service."
