"Giving one star because Zero is not an option. The entire process was terrible. Nationwide sent them to do the water and mold mitigation then allowed them to quote for the restoration. They would show up one day and say "someone will call you to tell you the next steps" and no one ever called. Then they would call right before they showed up. They provided Nationwide with a quote and said they can't fix my cabinets. How then did they quote it? I feel this is a poorly ran operation that needs a major overhaul of management. Meanwhile I still don't have a functioning kitchen. The mitigation removed 6-10 inches off the bottom of all my cabinets. I am so disappointed in this whole process. Nationwide is referring this to the contractor management"
