"I started using Holton Imports this year and from day 1 when me and my friend guy stopped by they were closed but the owner Ken and the manager Jimmy took the time out to answer our questions. They were very nice. Since then, I have taken my Audi to them several times and time, rudeness, availability, or information has never been a problem. They always provide me a ride to the vehicle that I have to drive while mine is being worked on. They have offered a loaner if one was to become available. They do not keep my car for months like the Audi dealership and return it messed up or try to over-charge me. The prices are to be expected for my car and I do look up the parts myself, but they do work with me on trying to get the best and lowest price but quality parts. Jimmy is awesome and has been nothing but polite. Unlike the dealership, he answers any question and calls you back when needed. So far I have nothing but good reviews for them and will continue to do so and continue to recommend them to others until they show me different. And I hope that day never comes. So any complaints or bad reviews I do not see how, but if true, then maybe they have change or the persons are not telling what they did to get such reactions. IJS"

"I had an excellent experience with Holton Import! I don't understand the negative reviews listed. These are great people to work with. They definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving my upper class vehicle with them. I can't say that for most dealerships/body shops in this area. The price some of us pay to drive luxury, foreign vehicles should not come as a shock to some of the people leaving negative reviews on their post. Dealerships cannot compete with Holton Import's service prices (unless you only purchase a luxury car from a dealership until their warranty expires then get rid of it...) so don't be confused with those cheapskate's reviews. Great people. Great experience. Great results. Great prices."
