"Had my first visit to Deep South Pool & Spa today. In the past, I've always maintained our Intex pools on my own. However, this year, our pool is significantly larger and we switched to salt water. I've been fighting the water for the past few weeks and finally decided to get a professional involved. They listened to my issue and gave me a very straightforward path to correct the problem, without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing that it was a very simple problem, with a pretty simple solution. The woman that set up my account was very friendly (I apologize for not remembering her name). She asked for my personal information, if I knew how many gallons my pool held, above/in ground and what my method of chlorination was. The products to correct the problem for my 15,000 gallon pool cost me less than $30, and neither her nor the gentleman on the floor tried to sell me ANYTHING. They DID however, leave me with the impression that they will be my first stop in the future. By the way, YES, I could have purchased the chemical they sold me for about $5 less online, however, I was able to start the corrective process TODAY, before the issue got any worse and as an added bonus, my money was spent LOCALLY! "The owner asked for my info on my pool, told her, sprovided her a pic and gave water sample..she told me to buy 300 worth of chemicals and gave me directions on how to use it... note, she didnt even bother to make sure my pool dimensions and what type of pool i had was accurate...all she wanted to to was make a sale...300.00 worth.. i have a 11,000 gal vinyl pool..she gave me instructions for a 23,000 gal conrete pool...all she cares about is the sLe of her products...which is too high to begin with."

"The best ! If you need to know anything about maintaining or repairs to your pool these are the folks to go to. I fought a cloudy pool for months. One visit to them and now my pool is perfect."

"My husband and I have been using this store for a couple years and they have been great except for one thing.... the wait time. I feel like they need to hire more help so that people do not have to wait 30 or 45 minutes just to get their pool water tested. Sometimes I just stand there in line without being acknowledged or greeted. I finally bought a testing kit from Walmart. Its too bad because I prefer to give my business to local businesses."
