"Jeff and Sarah were very helpful and extremely patient with our pool project. Background: we own a home in OS and wanted to install a pool heater. The caveat is that I’m in the military and currently deployed overseas with my family. Sarah and Jeff took the time to order the equipment, explain the process and most importantly took photos of before and final project completion. They made it easy to do this remotely and eliminated our anxiety. Thank you for helping us out and making it comfortable for us. We really appreciate it."

"We go here for all our pool needs. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. They will test your pool water for free and make sure you understand the results. We first went to them to help us with a very green pool and have been happy with them ever since."

"I have used Gulf Coast Pool and Spa for my pool maintenance and weekly cleaning for the past decade and received exceptional services. Unfortunately the successful business was recently sold and the new owner no longer provides the exceptional services nor maintains the high level of integrity that was consistently provided in the past. The new owner charged me $850 for an $89 part and a 20 minute install. He must have thought that I (being a woman) would never know the difference, yet Google easily exposed his unreasonable pricing. The price gouging was bad, but their service got even worse. The weekly maintenance of my pool has also been horrible. My pool has looked more like a pond under their care. We have not been able to swim in the pool for the entire month of September (even though the pool was cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis during this entire time and I was charged for their services). I went by the store yesterday to let them know that (after 10 years of superb service) I will no longer be using their services for my pool. I have been a good customer for 10 years and always paid my bill (even the $850 that should have been around $270. The new owner does not have the same integrity as the previous owner and does not respond promptly to concerns. He does not like to be bothered on the weekends, lacks customer service, and has unreasonable prices, which will likely cause the business to fail quickly. I am including a picture taken today of my pool/pond. This picture shows how difficult (if not impossible) it is to notice that the pool is green and has been all month. Based on my recent experiences with the new owner, I would not recommend this business."
