"I asked the manager to see if he could make any accommodations for the membership for my disabled daughter. She loves swimming but due to self harm/ behaviors/ good and bad days it’s hard to say how often I can bring her to do things outside of home. Sometimes it could be everyday for a week. Sometimes I would only be able to do something special like this once every couple of months. My YMCA back where I am from in NY did day passes, so I inquired about potentially paying for day passes to accommodate since an expensive membership does not benefit our needs. Not to mention the YMCA for us is almost an hour trip away. I asked several times if there was anything at all that would accommodate her and he said no. I asked why and he said because people had taken advantage of doing that in the past and that it was at his discretion to allow day passes. So essentially the just if it, if you have anyone in your life that’s disabled. They aren’t willing to do something even small to help. Go somewhere else."

"The overall maintenance of the pool, therapeutic hot tub is pathetic. The hot tub is always broken or closed. The restrooms smell and overall attitude of life guards and staff is barely average. Hit and miss on a daily basis. I leave disappointed. Often just walk back out when everything I go for is out of order “ for maintenance “."

"I love the classes, I love child watch, but honestly, a few of the staff up front can be unnecessarily grumpy. It seems like every time I call or have a question at the front desk, there is someone with a bad attitude there. That’s my only complaint! And I wouldn’t even mention it if it didn’t happen at least once a week. Other than that, it’s amazing!"

"I enjoy the YMCA very much. However there is this one girl there! She sits on the machines for hours doing nothing periodically for 20 minutes. Had to wait for the leg press for 30 minutes, all 30 she was on her phone! I've seen this with others too, it's quite ridiculous and slows me down. Other than that, it's great and me and my friend love to go together."

"I love The child watch here! It allows me as a single parent to workout. And right after hit the pool! The only downside is they open late in close early on the weekends with no child watch. But it's the best environment!"
