"I recently visited the USPS office on base to inquire about my missing package, which had supposedly been tendered to the military for final delivery. This visit was prompted by several weeks of unsuccessful attempts to locate my package after being informed by the army barracks mail room that they had not received it. I was directed to speak with someone named "Kevin" at USPS. Upon reaching USPS and asking for Kevin's assistance, the interaction did not go as expected. Kevin responded in a rather abrupt manner, stating that he could not assist me with my package as it had never been scanned in. Despite providing the tracking information indicating that the package was tendered for military delivery, I found it challenging to engage in a constructive conversation. Our conversation took an unexpected turn when Kevin inquired about my rank, to which I responded that I am an Airman Apprentice. In response, Kevin expressed a reluctance to continue speaking with me, suggesting that I either bring a First Class or a Command Master Chief to speak on my behalf. I found this interaction to be quite disrespectful and discouraging. It has left me with a negative impression, and I am now reconsidering my decision to reenlist in the Navy."

"It's 2 pm on a Monday and they're closed. I didn't even get to experience the bad service, just a long bike ride in the middle of the Mississippi summer to get to a post office that closes an hour early on a Monday."

"Kevin who works in the post office was very disrespectful when I tried to enquire about my missing package. I tried explaining to him what the barracks mailroom told me to do and he starts shouting over me and tells me there's nothing he can do. I thanked him and left, he followed me out to the parking lot and told me that he won't be disrespect like that. Then shooed me away. Fire Kevin"
