"The front customer service person remembered a common item that is always left out of my takeout order. They put it in my bag 1st thing. Great service, great food ( hot food, hot, cold food, cold). A great experience."
"Didn’t even get to order since my friend was a vegetarian and wanted a side Caesar then was told no more side salads and we would take the large but chicken was already thrown on it. He preceded by saying he’d pick it off. What????? No thanks. We pulled off. Never again"
"Im on vacation trying to enjoy stopped at this wendys and my spicy chicken were not cooked i called to get my money back or get a solution the service of who got my call was not the best he was so rude and screaming this is the worst service ever"
"We stopped at this Wendy’s on our way to the Nola airport for breakfast, expecting a “quick bite.” When we pulled up to the speaker, the menu had not been updated to show breakfast options. We then had to wait for someone to come out and correct the issue. There were four of us in the vehicle. We each ordered a #4, the honey butter chicken biscuit, with fries and a bottled water, plus one side of French toast sticks for everyone to share. We spent nearly $30. Once we paid at the window, they asked us to pull forward. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Upon unwrapping my biscuit, I was disgusted to find that it had pungent smell of urine. It tasted awful, and the chicken had a somehow gummy, yet soggy texture. My husband stopped eating his biscuit upon discovering that his chicken was RAW. Not a single one of us could finish our food. I’d like to reiterate that we spent almost $30 on food that was unsafe to eat. To top it off, the French toast sticks just sucked, so those got wasted as well. Needless to say, we will be traveling hungry, as we don’t want to risk missing our flight to find an alternative meal."
