"This place needs to be closed for good. The place is dirty and smells. They never have enough people working. So, you will never get to order or even get your food if you order via the app. They will turn the kiosk off so that you can't order food. The people that do work there are rude and should be on the street and not trusted to provide a service to the customers. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of what they are allowing to happen in there. McDonald's needs to step in and take this location over. Either that or Loves Travel Center needs to kick McDonalds out and have something better move in. Oh, and the sign outside now reads hiring 15 year old's. That alone tells you the type of people the owners want working there. Underage children that have zero work ethic and will accept really low pay. No wonder this place is ran the way it is."

"Horrible mcdonalds. So upset right now. Traveling through town and stop here. Waiting a long time for nuggets and fries. Ordered a quarter pounder because they had no cheeseburgers. Got in the car bite into quarter pounder and it did not taste right. Turn on the light of my car and notice one patty done, the other pink and raw. Still throwing up. Stomach hurting. Called the store to complain and Manager stated to bring it in. Informed her that I was traveling and not near store. All I got was a sorry, no how can I make it right, nothing. The guy making the burgers seems like he does not know what he is doing. Don't waste your time. I believe I'm done with mcdonalds for life that's how sick I am"

"According to previous reviews and what I experienced this location needs some management changes perhaps even for corporate to get involved. My issue isn't horrible but should be addressed. I went to purchase a couple of hash browns and the total was almost $6. Are you for real? That is absolutely nuts. That is way overpriced. And I ordered an egg McMuffin and idk what the hell they did to the egg but it was paper thin. Unbelievable!!!! I'm definitely gonna make sure not to stop here again."

"Absolutely disgusting McDonald’s. Even for McDonald’s this is absolutely unacceptable. Extremely dirty, staff is incredibly off the rails. It’s like the place is being run by 13 year olds. They also burned my fries, so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to drop a new batch and by the time I left my sandwich was already cold. You can’t even get McDonald’s nowadays. Floor is nasty, if there’s a mess on the floor they don’t clean it, they just put the “Caution: wet floor” sign. Please do something about this management. This is crazy… the system is also down and the staff have to take orders with a piece of paper…"

"I just stopped there and ordered a chicken biscuit and a large sweet tea at 3:45 am. Unfortunately the place was TRASHED!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! You’d think at 3:00 AM you would have a clean restaurant since there is no excuse as the place is NOT BUSY. SIKE. Ice cream smeared across the floor, mustard and ketchup on tables, chairs not pushed in, GNATS flying all over the soda machines, food and trash all over the floor and tables… and that’s not even the worst part. I walk in to an empty restaurant bc it’s 3:45 am of course, and the male employee is talking to 2 females who are sitting at a table eating, and he looks at me and tells me to give him a second or someone will be right out as he proceeds to YELL at someone in the back who didn’t reply to his yell.. so he goes to the register after he’s done talking to his female friends and takes my order.. while he’s in the back waiting on my food, the two females are now at the registers horse playing and yelling for him to give them drinks(he doesn’t hear them bc he’s in the back) and so one of the girls starts touching and pulling out all the large cups acting like she’s going to take one and then they see me standing behind them and are like “oh I didn’t see you there!! We can do this (I’m guessing play with the cups that people will end up using)bc we used to work here”… the guy brings me my biscuit and LITERALLY TRIES TO GIVE ME THE CUP THAT THE GIRLS ALREADY TOUCHED ALL OVER AND MAN HANDLED (they had put it back on top of the other cups) AND I LOOKED AT HIM and said “Nah can you give me not that cup, not the second cup, but the 3rd cup?” And he looked at me confused bc he doesn’t know his friends were up there acting insane so one of the girls said “Oh bc it’s probably the cleanest cup” —— YA THINK. I’m disgusted. Couldn’t even eat my food. This place should be shut down!!"
