Domino's Pizza 1107 Cowan Road, Gulfport, MS 39507

"Just had an unpleasant experience here. Today is Monday 03/11/24, 4pm and whoever the girl is that interacted with my husband was super rude. My husband placed a mobil order, he arrived when the app said that our order was ready, when it wasnt ready, this girl made him wait 12 more minutes just for the food to be be given to him cold. When he asked for it to be remade, she gave him attitude expressing that it would be too much for her to help him, so he then asked for a refund and after she was willing to do that, she slammed the phone to end the call. He said he heard her be rough with the phone before the call ended. I hope Dominos responds to this message and lets us know that she is gonna be dealt with. I understand we all have bad days, but its not asking a lot to have HOT food. Plus why mark the order as done when its not? She needs more training in giving better customer service. I will give this location one more chance, and if we get poor service again, we will be happy to give our money to another location. My husband didnt deserve how he was treated."

"I ordered the Cheesy tots and a large thin crust pizza. The delivery was quick, and the driver followed my instructions for contactless delivery and request for him to not ring the doorbell because my dogs would go crazy! The tots and pizza looked picture perfect, and the taste was 10/10! Very happy all around!"

"Ordered 3 pizzas online. Waited until the tracker told me my pizzas were ready for pick up. Went through the drive through window to be told my pizza wasn’t done yet and i need to drive back around a make a loop. So i made a loop and went back through the drive through window just to be told again my pizza will be done in 8 mins. The two times i did wait at the window i had to wait a few minutes each time for the guy to come back to the window. Just to over here them talk about my pizza and “who orders a chicken bacon ranch pizza without the ranch” so after hearing that i realized they made my pizza wrong and was remaking it. So instead of being honest at the window and telling me is wasn’t done and it will be 8 more minutes the man showed have just told me the truth. They messed up my pizza and need to remake it. anyways after the second loop around the building he said 8 mins and gave no sorry or anything we drove back around and went inside to wait. While waiting inside it seems like a clown show in there. Did not seem like we were the only ones getting messed up orders that night. All the staff was rude and seemed to be very unintelligent or maybe just pretend to be that way? I honestly don’t even know anymore. Once the pizza finally came out we were stared at not spoken to and they set the pizzas on the counter and they all sarcastically told us to “ have a great night” and to “enjoy our pizzas!”. All while the whole time we never got a sorry or anything for THEIR mess up! It’s of the pizzas were cold and the messed up pizzas was hot and fresh. The whole time part of my order was just sitting there getting cold. I will NEVER come back to this clown show of a dominos. If i acted this way at my job i would be fired. This is unacceptable behavior if you want to stay in business. Absolutely no good customer service at all. I’ve worked at at least 4 different pizzas places through my life and i have never seen such a garbage work crew. Not only that but you would think the manager would at least apologize for the inconvenience and the long wait. But no. Just sarcasm from the crew."

"Rude managers. Said I came a hour late and I was sitting outside and there at 5:17. Refused to refund just the pizza. Made me bring the entire order back or no refund at all. So unprofessional. Hour late still doesn't explain the lack of cheese. Even donated money, how rude."
