"Always has great customer service and the food is amazing"

"I don’t eat here very often, but of the times I have in the last year, every single one of my orders has been wrong. Multiple occurrences of asking “you’re sure the sauce in the bag?” And being assured it is, going off their word so I’m not pulling food out and getting crumbs in my car, just to get home and never have any sauces for my meals. On my birthday last year, my breakfast order was so egregiously wrong, I actually called the manager and was assured I’d be sent coupons in the mail…I never received them. Today was the last time I’m going to waste money eating here. I was assured salsa was in the bag after asking them just to get all the way home and there was none. The burrito was prepared without any hashbrowns, and all of the chicken was at one end of the burrito. My mom’s sausage burrito was prepared the same way. $18 down the drain this morning for me and my mom to try to enjoy breakfast together. My mom called today and was told to expect a coupon in the mail which I’m sure she won’t receive as I never did before. Since calling managers and asking for the reassurance from the employees of my orders at the time of service in the last year has been ineffective, I’m writing this review—which I’ve absolutely NEVER humiliated myself enough to do, but that’s how frustrated I am at this point. Hopefully they improve on things, until then, food is too expensive in this time of inflation to waste on eating something that isn’t right, and I will not be eating here."

"We went to there this evening for my daughter to get chicken and macaroni. When we got home she was complaining she doesn’t like that kind of chicken. After looking in her box I realized they gave her grilled chicken with a special sticker. Just a little disappointed about throwing it away after spending $12 on a meal for a 7 year old. She usually complains the kids meal isn’t enough so we tried getting her a larger meal. Lesson learned to check our food before we leave from now on."

"I eat at this Chick fil a quite frequently and the food is always good but I've noticed over the past couple of weeks the customer service has been very poor. Lately as soon as I pull up to the window there will usually be two people outside and they are just standing there having their own conversation avoiding eye contact for about a minute before addressing me. I've worked at a Chick fil a in the past and the first thing you are supposed to do when a guest pulls up to the window is ask the name for the order. There was also another time at night when there were no cars in line and there were 2 employees talking in the lane I was in. I pull up to one and he says that the girl will take my order down further where she was standing. It's nice to know he didn't feel like taking my order and then just put it off on someone else. Fix it!"
