"I believe in being just as motivated to submit a good review as I would to submit a bad review. I have always received excellent services from the Byram USPS. In this particular instance, they not only answered the phone, but the Station Manager Jasper assisted me. He resolved the issue immediately and called to follow up with additional information. The service window clerks are just as helpful. Thank you and keep up the excellent, courteous service."

"Something is definitely going on with the mail carrier. My mail is either misplaced in someone else's mailbox or my packages come up missing. My last package came up missing but was marked delivered. I spoke to the mail carrier who insisted that he placed the package in my mailbox. When I reviewed my video cameras it showed him by passing my home not delivering any mail for that day. After contacting the post office and speaking to several supervisors about this delivery they insisted that my package was delivered and that someone else had stolen my package. When I informed them that I had a video of the mail carrier by passing my home on the delivery date they change their tune. My package arrived outside my door the next day."

"My package was never delivered. When I checked the tracking information on Amazon, it was reported that an attempt was made but no one was home. This is not true; I was home all day and I did not need to be home. All he/she had to do was to leave the package in my box. On the next day, they stated that the customer refused the package at 4:49 am. This is not true either; at this time of the morning I am ASLEEP!!! Then, they returned the package back to the company. I do not appreciate these lies; what is going on with the United States Postal Service for this kind of behavior to occur? I need answers!!!!"

"I've yet to have a package taken to my apartment. Everyone I get a could not be delivered. Here is what these lazy asses do. They pull into my complex, stop at the mailboxes, put all the mail in the boxes and then leave me an undeliverable slip without even coming to my building. I left work early yesterday specifically to be home to get this package, but I get an alert on my phone while sitting in my living room 'Your package could not be delivered. Reschedule?' So on top of terrible delivery track record, this has happened several times, but they also have awful hours. 8:30AM-4:30PM with an hour lunch. Banks have better hours than this garbage heap."

"The post office employees are super nice but I ALWAYS have to go up there for my packages because they will not deliver to my door. After ordering a couple things online I left specific instructions to leave the package at my door and they don't. I've watched them drive right on by and just give me the "sorry we missed you" slip."
