"Very disappointed, have been here several times and order the same thing and multiple times have they mess it up. Not friendly when asking to change a mistake. Make you feel more like it was your fault. Does not seem like they care about their job specifically the manager on duty. The food is good though, I would just try a different location!!!"

"I got the new avocado salad, and it had one piece avocado in it. I love newks, but the newks in Byram it’s not all that great. This isn’t the first time food wasn’t great. So I won’t be going back to the Newk’s in Byram again. Anywhere else I’ve had Newks was great."

"Everything I have eaten here has been awesome. Sandwiches, salads and pizza. My favorite is the spicy shrimp pizza. I can eat the whole thing by myself cuz its so freaking delicious. Place is always clean and staff os always welcoming and nice. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for good food at a great price. The shrimp pizza was only $13"

"So, Byram is a small city and it is easy to, well, get tired of eating the same thing! Newks provides a remedy for that! Healthy eaters, pizza lovers, sandwich smashers with the potato chips in the middle; all are welcome to indulge in a simple menu, an excellent staff, and good food!"

"We typically LOVE eating at this location but yesterday we did have a bad experience. We called for an hour solid. No one answered. We decided to drive there anyway to see if it was open. This was at 3:30 pm. It was open! I asked why no one answered any calls for an hour. They had someone leave sick. There were plenty of people working…just no one that would answer phones. Lots of people just sitting around with nothing to do. Very very strange!!!! Ordered my usual. The sandwich came on wheat yesterday which I didn’t order. I asked why they put it on wheat & she didn’t know and didn’t offer to fix it. I ate most of it. Hated it. Too dry to shallow. We went to the restroom. When we came back, they had already cleaned our table and we didn’t finish our food. My son was still working on his pizza and mac and cheese. They didn’t offer to fix another. It was a bad bad experience. Just don’t visit this location for like - A WHILE - until they can sort our all their weirdness. Edited: Customer service read this and ask that I email them the information and my contact info so they can reach out. I did and waiting to see what will come of it all."
