McAlister's Deli

"Showed up almost an hour before closing, was asked if we were dining in, when we replied yes, they (meaning all three people behind the counter) left the counter, went to their “manager” and said “they’re wanting to dine in.” Manager tells them no, and they come back saying as much. Rude & weird service, sub par food, and overall bad experience."

"Ordered 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad. Couldn't eat 1/4 of the salad as it was bad."

"There is young lady that works the counter that obviously doesn’t want to work in this business. I have been in several times over the last six months, and she is consistently rude. Im a very easy going customer and rarely complain about anything. You can’t be in customer service and roll your eyes when a customer walks in. That is ridiculous. It almost feels like I’m inconveniencing her by ordering food there. Do better!!"

"I haven’t eaten at any McAlister’s Deli but 2-3 times, so I’m not familiar with the menu options. You order at the front and people are waiting. The parking lot was very full, but we ordered very quickly. The restaurant was probably half full but the tables had not been cleaned off so it was difficult to find seating. Several people had to ask someone to clean off a table for them. I was charged an up charge on the Pick Two after asking if it included all salads. When I questioned the manager he offered me a free dessert for the confusion. That was nice of him. The salad and sandwich were both very good, but a little pricy. Large portions for the salad. My husband couldn’t eat the whole salad."

"This McAllister's is a model for the chain! The counter people were Super Friendly and accommodating, efficient and attentive. They took and delivered my order with direct focus and attention to detail - so unlike most counter help - with genuine customer appreciation. I wish that my local store was similar. Pic is a King Club Sandwich. I also recommend the Cookie/Brownie and Sweet Tea, 5/5! I was just passing through town, in an F250, pulling a 12 foot trailer, loaded with equipment, and found a place to park this rig, at noon. I went inside, ordered and was back on the road in short order. The pic is on the truck's center console. I took a bite and remembered that I needed a picture. I hope that you enjoy their many, other good offerings too."
