"Food was good however it took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza and wings which were cold by the time they actually arrived last time I ordered I didn’t receive my drink so that’s that"

"I order a lot of pizza from here quite often. It's getting to the point I don't even wanna order from here anymore cause everytime I get my order, it is usually wrong and takes a long time, as much as I spend, I want what I paid for. Then tonight I called to let them know part of order was missing could the lady check computer to see my order, and all she could say is "I don't know how". I hung up. Time to switch to different pizza place , I order pizza from here at least once a week if not more sometimes. It's getting to where it takes them longer to deliver, and several times now they have got my order wrong. Waited an hour and a half tonight for the wrong pizza and another 30 minutes or more for them to remake my order and deliver. If they can't do no better then that for a regular customer, then I may switch pizza olaces. I work hard for my money, I love their pizza, but I feel like they just don't care. Good food, first few times I ordered, prompt timing. And it's like the same order Everytime but delivery takes longer and forgetting part of order. That's why I quit using the other pizza place. Step your game up papa John's pizza Update Out of last 10 orders they have messed up damn near every one of them . Do not trust them to get your order right."

"On 12/29 I placed an order at 5:50 pm with estimated service 1 hour. It is now 7:26 and still hasn’t been delivered. I call and went through automated service to check on my order - no luck. I called and actually spoke to someone who was going to transfer me to the Byram, MS store but the call dropped. This is not the first time an order was late. It’s also not the first time I’ve received a cold pizza. Hope this one isn’t cold! I’m very disappointed"

"I did an online order and my order added up to be close to $23. I had to wait for over an hour and I shouldn’t have had to wait that long. Every time I tried to call I got no answer and even some times someone would pick up and hang up. It will be a cold day in hell before you get my money again. Then my papadio was burnt"

"The pizza taste good but it needed more sauce and toppings. You can see from the pic puffy pizza dough without sauce. I can’t say if this was a rush job but I was disappointed in this takeout pizza."
