"The dmned computers never work on the phone,,, you cannot get through to talk to a person no matter what you say or whatever numbers you punch,,, The only response you will get is the Computer Voice saying I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THAT…. Over and over!!! UPS has a delivery window for your route and you cannot change it for H€!! Or High Water!!!! The Online Site does not work ,,,,, We used to could call the Warehouse where the trucks are loaded, talk to someone there in there!!! They would hold your package!!!! You then went and picked it up…. Now since you can’t get through to anyone and the online site doesn’t work ,,,, they want to spend 3 days trying to deliver your package where no one is home and then kick it back to wherever it came from!!!!! Use Fed Ex instead, you will have better Luck!!!! They should have a ZERO STAR!!!"

"I placed an order to eBay that I paid the shipping on. The seller used UPS as the shipper. I was notified of its delivery on 6/30/2022, but no package was delivered. I waited, giving them an additional day, which was a Friday. UPS in Gulfport, MS doesn't work weekends. Monday was July 4 they were closed for the holiday. Tuesday morning I went to the UPS store in Hardy court, I explained to the very nice people my problem, and they directed me to the hub on 34th Street. I, went to the hub, waited my turn to speak to the only person there. She listened, took my tracking number to make sure I was not mistaken. She checked the computer and then went to the back for some time. When she returned, she had a printed map of my neighborhood. She pointed to a house near mine, telling me the package had been delivered there. She asked if I wanted to retrieve the package or have her driver do it. I said for her driver to, because that was a rental house and I didn't know the people. Besides, I had paid for shipping and I wanted what I paid for. She told me it would be a little later in the day, but they would handle it. Here it is Wednesday at 11am and no package. I don't like being deceived."
