"My Veteran Friend Lee moved into these Apartments after receiving a HUD VASH Voucher. The Manager, Miss Judy, is very nice to Tenants and their guest visitors! Everything looks really good! The Work Staff takes care of the Grounds and the Apartment Maintenance Very Well!"

"Run down poor hateful manager, manager is a thief an a liar. Very shady business practices. USE EXTREME CAUTION DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND WHILE SLANDERING YOUR NAME."

"2 1/2 Stars. It's basic living but ok for the cheap price. Also the manager/owner didn't ask me for a credit check because I proved my retirement income AND was recommended by a current resident. My apartment was infested with roaches when I moved in, but now I've cleared almost all of them away, using my own products. If I were paying a lot more money I wouldn't tolerate this place, but after my years of being in the army and also living in Asia for a number of years, I've learned to deal with some things. You may or may not like it here. So I give it an average rating of two and a half Stars."
