"Outdated rooms were clean didnt really feel safe you could see the door had been busted many times"

"This is not a place that you want to stay. I booked a room for three nights and unfortunately had to leave after two nights. They absolutely refused to refund my third night's stay. So, they stole my money!!!!! This is not a place that you want to do business with. The rooms are subpar at best. The ice machine does not work, and they said they would get some ice in which they had in a cooler in the office. Our beds were not made, but at least they brought in fresh towels. The key card was very difficult to unlock the ragged door. Carpeting on the floor was stained and dirty."

"The cheapest motel just across the street from the beach. It was outdated but clean. Check in was great. I would stay again."

"Affordable lodging in Biloxi right across the street from the Gulf and locally owned. Best value hotel for sure in the area. First off people who leave bad reviews either have a chip on their shoulder or don't have the right expectations coming in. If you are expecting a Hilton service, gym, restaurant and amenities you're looking in the wrong place. If you are looking to support a small local business with a place to sleep at night then this is perfect for a tight budget. I peeked in some of the rooms while they were cleaning and yes they do change the sheets, the mattress is new and looks like they are undergoing remodeling and renovations. What budget motel out there has porcelain floors and granite countertops? Perhaps when you check in ask if there are any recently renovated rooms available. Don't come in with the wrong expectations and you will be happy. Make sure you don't miss the registration up front in pink it's separate from the sleeping area"
