Hampton Inn Biloxi

"I arrived at the Hampton Inn in Biloxi at 1138 Beach Blvd on 03/02/2024. I checked into my room and noticed the heat in the room did not work, so I contacted the front desk, and they stated someone would be there to look into this situation. Several different employees looked at the thermometer and stated the heat would turn on automatically. So I contacted the front desk again, and they stated maintenance would be in to fix it, so I contacted the front desk again, and it turns out they don't have night maintenance. I spent my entire stay in an ice-cold room for $262.33 for a night. I wouldn't recommend this "Motel " to anyone."

"The hotel is nice, but I was a little disappointed, especially for Hampton Inn standards. First, we’ll talk about the rooms. The rooms are really nice, clean, and new. However, the walls are REALLY thin, and both of the rooms next to me were occupied, but you can expect that from every hotel. Additionally, there are no bathtubs—just showers. I was a little bummed about that. The location is superb. The beach is right across the street, and it offers a stunning view, especially in the morning. The amenities are… meh. This hotel is connected to another hotel called Hyatt place, and you can access both pools as a guest at Hampton. Both hotels have hot tubs, however, neither were working at the time of my visit, which was one of the reasons why I booked in the first place. It could be that it was a little cool outside (60 degrees) but normally outdoor hut tubs can withstand the cold. The breakfast is okay. They have the usual selection most hotel chains have, like eggs, waffles, orange juice, etc. But they had no napkins. Other guests were upset about this as they did not provide any. For the value, I expected a little bit more (I paid around $120) so if you ask me, you could pay the same, maybe less for the Margaritaville hotel and get a better experience. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet this is a nice spot."

"I recommend this Beach Blvd (US Hwy. 90) location for your travels in the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Friendly staff, and warm cookies greet you. We paid a bit extra for beach/gulf view, but unless you HAVE to have a view, it was a bit noisy from the highway. Our room was super clean and well maintained. There seems to always be fresh coffee in the lobby. EVERY staff member we interacted had a smile and a pleasant greeting. That means a lot! Convenient to everything costal, historic, cultural, and edible! I stay at a lot of Hamptons and this is one of the best I have visited."

"The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Tehara on the front desk is excellent!!! She’s friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking with her!"

"Terrible place to do business with. Set reservation and was later canceled saying they do not honor hilton point system. It's literally one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. We were told the hotel is independently owned. They need to sell the hotel to an entity that is business savvy. Stay away bad place to give your credit card info to. Literally buyer beware. IMHO"
