"!!!DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY ARE NOT UP TO CODE AND DO NOT OFFER PROPER COMMERCIAL PEST CONTROL!!! I am currently a resident. I have done everything in my power to do my own pest control, and there is still an infestation of roaches here. There is water damage on the outside walls of my building. There is water damage inside my unit. I have water coming up from the foundation into the carpet and into the kitchen. The landlords do not respond to any of my calls or text when I tell them there is a problem. My ac broke this summer. During the insane heatwave we had, they never came to fix it. I have water leaking from the ac onto the floor any time it cycles off. I was told to by my landlord to just "put down a towel, it will probably be helpful. Thanks""
