"I had a great experience talking with these apartments. The lady on the phone was professional and gave me all the information I needed. Her name started with an M but I cannot remember her name and I would hate to mispronounce it. She told me to call anytime and I sure will!"

"It’s 9:37 am, i’m calling around looking for housing. Michelle answered the phone very nonchalant and unwelcoming. After asking was there any available units and how much the price, her Tone was very flat as if she didn’t want me to know the information. I instantly hung up. I see why the reviews are the way they are."

"I see why they have the reviews that they have now . Michelle is a liar !! They are beyond unprofessional & try to play on your intelligence until you show her you not stupid ! They need someone new to take over and who knows what their talking about! Stay away if you can ! She took me and my bf deposit and we argued with her until they decided too write a check we did everything We needed to do she lied like she didn’t tell us we could move in if we paid for the 350 deposit plus the pro rate rent & that first month rent is due on the first but we get there to sign now it’s we have to pay the first month rent upfront but it’s not even the first yet plus we paid the pro rate .. she told all them lies cause her boss was there and she know it ! Yes they wrote us a check but Michelle still a liar and she won’t last long at that job with her unprofessionalism . then they talking about it’s on their website and policy that the deposit is non refundable but couldn’t even show the so called policy and it’s no where on their site but they might try to add it since I’m leaving this review! Don’t mess with these folks if you can help it !"

"Full of roaches, and bed bugs. No matter how much you clean or how clean you are. Bugs come through cracks and plug outlets. All the building are bug infested. Before you sign contract. Stay one night to see what comes out of the walls. Stairways smell like death. If you sign contract and then move out early because of bugs. They will sue you for whole term of contract and report that you damage there property on your credit report."
