"I recently moved into a renovated apartment and I have no complaints! The new design is beautiful, the appliances are stunning, and i love that it comes with a washer and dryer! They have started landscaping and it is absolutely beautiful. The renovated apartments are just the start of what Vineyards is updating! I also have to brag on the office staff. They have been nothing but helpful since I moved here!"

"Honestly, the office staff did nothing to take my concerns seriously other than list all their excuses for not being able to get to my problem (which they made). No one notified me that construction was going to be occurring during my lease and I wouldn’t have signed and moved in if I had known. I work from home a good portion of the week and the noise has been awful. There has been a construction crew working on my building for the past few months. They took out my window yesterday and didn’t finish replacing it. They also took down the blinds. My window faces west, so naturally the evenings can heat up pretty quickly in my living room without blinds. I went to the office to ask about when the window would be finished. They said they had no clue. I then asked for my blinds to be put back up. They said a work order would be put in and someone would be by to do that. After waiting 6 hours, I went back to the office. They then told me all the things they were swamped with but that someone would be by to fix the blinds. Here I sit 3 hours from my last conversation with them. I’ve called the office. They’ve all gone home. Now, after placing an emergency maintenance request just so I could get someone on the phone, they say the same thing. That someone will be by. Super frustrating. And all due to some construction that I never asked for nor was I given advance notice about. So thanks for the stellar attention paid to your residents! Also worth noting is that the “dog park” and “scenic walking trail” are both disgusting."

"My fiancé and I moved into our first apartment together and the experience has been phenomenal. The front office staff is very nice and any problems that I’ve ever had with the apartment the maintenance guys would come fix it right away. I am also a truck driver so while I was gone for work my keys were locked inside of the apartment while my fiancé was at work, so I went into the office and asked if I could their key so that I could unlock the door to my apartment, and they were quick to assist me. I love The Vineyards, their apartments are amazing, my neighbors are great, and I also love their hard working staff! These apartments are a 10/10!"
