"I stayed at this hotel Christmas Eve due to having to work late and not wanting to drive home (50 miles) in bad weather. When I arrived that afternoon, I was told the water was not working, but someone was working on it and it should be on later. The lady at the desk warned me that they were not giving refunds or discounts due to the water issues. I didn't have time to try to find another hotel--nor did I feel like paying for two hotels, so I dropped off my luggage in my room and went to work. When I got back late that night, I tried the faucets and the toilet. The faucet sputtered and the water was brown (probably from the lines needing to be flushed), but the toilet worked fine. The bed was comfortable and I slept well...that was the main point of staying there was having somewhere to crash near my work site rather than drive 50 miles at 1am. The next morning the water seemed to be working normally. The breakfast was okay--microwavable packaged items and coffee. I might stay here again if I was in the area and needed a place to crash."

"You will not get your deposit back. They say it will take 24-48 hours to refund it, even then you wont. I tried disputing it with my bank but they sided with this rip off hotel. They also attempted to deduct another $100 from my account luckily i didnt have that kind of money in my account.. runnn dont rent a room here. Unless you want to be scammed"

"This hotel is the best hotel in Brandon. The workers are friendly and check in was fast and easy. The rooms are always clean and swell fresh when you walk in. It’s in walking distance of a couple restaurants also! And they are pet friendly!!"

"Rude lady the only words that came out of her mouth was 106. She looked at the computer the whole. The rooms smelled the was for people that were 4' tall if your any tall you have to hold the hand held nozzle. Hotwire gave them a 3,5 star but if I could I would give them a half"
