"Hunter, Hailey, and Ian were incredibly generous when a rental 4" chipper didn't work out as planned. Instead of shrugging their shoulders, they got to work finding a substitute that MORE THAN replaced the original rental chipper. They also picked it up and delivered it with no extra cost. Additionally, they offered to cover the cost of the much improved 12" chipper over the 4" that I originally had. In the end, I got what I needed, and I was impressed by their "can-do" attitude.
