"I moved in this apartment at the end of September. The apartment was not ready like they said it would be, the floors are ridiculously lumpy from the living room to kitchen and the kitchen floor seems to be about to give out in a certain section. I’ve asked for the floors to be evened out repeatedly. My air goes out every other week. My cabinets have needed repainting since day 1. The rent is too expensive for someone not to be happy with their apartment. Also, I pay for amenities that I would like to use comfortably. The fitness room last night was filled with trash and there are always children playing around in there. The tennis court hasn’t had a net on it since I moved here."

"I’ve been here for 2yrs now, first off let me say this the rent is way to high the condition of these apartments are horrible, i put in a request 4 months ago maintenance came out finally last month to fix my issue. I have mold behind my toilet where the water has been dripping for over 3 months. My apartment is infested with GNATS AND SPIDERS !!! Every other day in building 44 the water is also shut off for maintenance which is definitely ridiculous….. and rent steady going up. They want to keep charging late fees onto you account all because you paying your rent late due to maintenance isn’t coming when they suppose to come out to fix a water leak or whatever else going on in the units. I smells WEED in my unit! The steps over here at the building breaking. Smh! If i would’ve known these apt was like this before i moved here i would’ve definitely looked else where for my kids and i to be comfortable!!! These apartments are not luxury at all i honestly doesn’t see why the rent steady going up. The walk way are filthy FULL OF SPIDER WEBS !!!!"

"Do not move here. They told me I was receiving a newly renovated apartment and it was absolutely disgusting . They took my deposit and promised it back but it has been almost 2 months since then . They are very unprofessional. They changed my initial move in date from 7/7 to 6/16 because they didn’t want to “ hold the apartment for that long “ but when the 16th came, they asked to change my date AGAIN because 2 doors were not done and the tub was messed up. The next move in date was the following Tuesday. I was still able to tour the apartment on the 16th and the lady who told me to come was not even there… Another lady in the office called her and told her we could tour the apartment ourselves until she got back. The apartment was HORRIBLE and this is how they expected me to move in… and all of this was not even going to be fixed by the following Tuesday anyway. The water heater was flooded, under the kitchen cabinet was severely water damaged and looked molded, the cabinets looked like they had burn damage .. ect . The apartment manager promised to return my deposit but after not hearing anything, I contacted Stonemark Management directly and the lady told me she never heard anything about a deposit refund from me … So the apartment manager lied . If you decide to move here, be prepared to have a lawyer on hand because you will definitely need one because they are thieves and money hungry . Mine will be contacting soon ."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my tour today. I love the location and the beautiful water front. I can tell the property upkeep has increased tremendously. I appreciated the well manicured lawn and cleanliness. You all are definitely in my top pick for my next home."

"I lived here for 2 years! I loved it. The office staff was always very nice and the maintenance guys.. Everyone was on point. I never had any issues with anything. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. The pool was always clean. They are pet friendly as well!!"
