"Safe, the only place that gave me a place to live during the start of the pandemic when it was difficult to navigate. The maintenance is terrible. They may/may not come. If you want something done call Mr. Riley directly. You don’t get your deposit back. If you’re looking for luxury this place is not it. Walking distance to Mississippi College. Only one dryer worked properly when I lived there. The guy with long blonde hair is very nice. This place is very quiet!"

"This place is a safe bet if you aren't looking for luxury. I lived here for seven months (six month lease with one month staying with the tenant, a friend, who took my place) in 2015. The location is very safe. It is next to the police department, and Clinton in general is very safe. Since the building is old, there are a lot of dinky things. The linoleum is peeling in places and the sink will occasionally drip. I didn't have any maintenance problems that were actually endangering or inconvenient. Just looked bad. The location is UNBEATABLE, especially if you're a student. Cups across the street. Lots of things in walking or biking distance. Hard to find in Mississippi. The manager, Dave, is solid. He's very helpful. He's busy though, so it may take him some time to return your calls. I never had any emergency maintenance problems, so I don't know how fast the response time now those is, but they are pretty well-maintained. They spray for bugs regularly, so I never saw bugs in my apartment. The neighbors are nice, mostly grad students at MC'S pre-mad program. It's pretty quiet. Occasionally, someone will decide to practice guitar and you can hear it, but it's not deafening. When an event happens next door on the Brick Streets is the only time the noise is bad.
