"Decent location, disgusting room, our a/c unit was gross and had cereal in it. We were on the 4th floor and the window was wide open!?! The only positive was the staff! My husband was having breathing issues while in the room as well."

"Deep cleaning and remodel is needed badly! Pros: 1. Front Desk service is superb in person and over the phone! I had a mishap with the app but things were resolved without issue 2. Bed linen was clean and the bed was comfy 3. Parking was available, the lot wasn’t too bad 4. It was quiet for short stay 10pm-4am Cons: 1. Photos show a lot of the unkempt/imperfections of the room 2. The carpet can honestly be taken up and out and have hard flooring (tile/laminate/expoxy, etc) throughout the entire hotel 3.The AC vents and rooms could desperately benefit from a good dusting/cleaning/sanitation. 4. Ascetically the decor and furniture could use a makeover, steam cleaning or just toss and redecorate Location: pretty close to the highway without hearing all the noise, close to food/gas too Value for stay: given the condition I feel the cost could’ve been at least $15 cheaper than what I paid. I assume due to the location not many may choose to stay here or it’ll so it’s mostly construction/fieldwork kind of guys. If you need a quick rest, I’d say if you don’t mind the decor and super cleanliness, have at it, otherwise choose somewhere else I’ll book again in another year or so to see if changes have been made but no time soon."

"Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel! Booked for 3 nights for a Christmas celebration in Clinton but ended up staying for only one night and having to do an early departure because of the poor condition of the room we stayed in, walls were damaged, window courtains looked like they had been there forever, there was grime all over the toilet but the worst part of all was the pillows and blankets , they smelled like somebody had just peed all over them, it was disgusting, what a rip off! Worst experience at a hotel ever! Rooms are way overpriced! We had to pay more and move to the Hilton across the street which was a totally different experience, which is what we recommend you do if you’re considering staying at this hotel. The only decent thing about it was the location. On top of it all, we were charged for the 2nd night and a portion of the 3rd night, even though we didn’t stay there but it was all worth it as long as we stayed away from that nasty place!"

"On the upside, they do have a varied breakfast, including cereals, waffle maker, eggs, and usually a breakfast meat or two, and a variety of breads. However, if i could leave 0 stars for the room i would. The carpet was rolling up in the corners of the room. Towels were stained. No garbage can. Window wouldn't close all the way, and it was raining for 2 days and it was over Christmas. However the room smelled like moldy feet so badly that the fresh air was the only thing that allowed us to stay. The AC would not turn off, blew only on high and cold air the entire 4 days and 3 nights. The door lock NEVER worked correctly. Others on our floor would use theirs and immediately go in. Every time we needed to return to the room, I had to go back downstairs for new keys. EVERY single time. And even with the new keys, the three of us would take turns over 5-10 minutes in the hall trying to get it to read and open. Will not stay again and do not recommend."

"Nice location it is close to restaurants and shopping centers. They did not have our rooms ready for 2 pm which they had been getting ready since 11am when arrived to see if they would allow us early check in. Had to hurry and get rooms cleaned. 300$ for less than 24hrs stay and couldn’t get a completely clean bed. Spots on sheets in all 3 rooms, one room reeks of weed and door is completely jammed when trying g to enter room and have to slam the door really hard just to make sure it’s completely closed. Towels been washed I assume, but do not smell to good as far as (freshly washed). Toilet runs. Couldn’t get the gym treadmill to work. Indoor pool was closed. A/C works great as far as cooling is concerned but when going to adjust the temperature a little there were no buttons and dust. So had to turn off the air. There’s a nice window view. Then again this is not a 5 ⭐️ hotel I get what I pay for."
