"I've stayed here a few times while being in town for different events. This recent time wasn't the best at all. They have a wonderful General Manager and she runs a tight shift but my experience with guest services was 1 star this time around."

"Room was not well cleaned. Trash on floor and food left in fridge. Bathroom door handle was broken. Annoyingly bright green blinking light on smoke detector kept us up. Bed was very uncomfortable."

"An improvement from when we stayed here before but poor management has left us dissatisfied. The staff is pleasant and the room was clean but one of the factors in picking this hotel compared to the Hilton next door is the included breakfast. However, today they had about 20% of their supply available for breakfast due to having a baseball team stay. So there was no cereal, no milk, no waffle mix, no fruit, no pastries. I would have rather gone to Hilton and paid $12 for the full breakfast buffet."

"This Marriott property is great! I see a lot of complaints from other people and I didn't see any of those issues on my recent stay. They offered us goodie bags at check in with snacks and water! Our room was great! There was a musty smell but not overwhelming. I did an extensive check of the room like I always do wherever we stay, and it was very clean! It is a good place to stay if you are traveling through. I will say one thing, I thought it was very weird that we got a knock at our door at 10 am asking us when we are leaving. The staff member stated she wanted to go ahead and clean our room so she could go home. I found that odd since check out is at noon. It felt very invasive."

"At first appearance this hotel seems nice. But as we settled into our room that quickly disappeared. The room was big and I liked the number of plugs and usbs available. This issue is that this hotel is dirty and not well maintained. In our shower, one of the bottles was broken off the wall and the hole was covered with painters tape. The shower was very dirty and the drain was so slow that as you showered the tub filled with water. There were other spots in the bathroom with missing fixtures and other unsightly things. The couch was gross and very dirty. One of the 2 elevators was out of order, which made catching an elevator a long process. They also still had Covid signage up. Time to move on and take that stuff down."
