"Do they do credit checks"

"These are the most uncomfortable apartments ive ever stayed in. Pest issues plumbing issues and it's freezing cold in the winter time because of drafts coming through the gaps in the doors. After you've stayed here a while you get to where you don't even want to call management anymore because 1)you don't wanna deal with her bad attitude and listen to her smart sarcastic remarks 2)management doesn't want to accept accountability for anything and 3) you know they're not going to fix it anyway. They just patch up and go! You only call them a million times to fix something. They actually make the townhomes look less attractive patching things up. This property has been neglected through the years. The foundation is bad- cracks in the walls throughout the house.Countertops and cabinets need to be updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen cabinet underneath the sink stinks because of consistent leaks that took them forever to fix. The only thing that's made me stay long overdue is the fact that they have W/D hookup which is hard to find in the area."

"My review isn't a full review; because I can not even get in touch with the management. I currently live in Florence, SC and about to get relocated to the area. My wife and I have been trying for WEEKS to get in touch with someone to speak with them and get information about the apartments. There are several numbers in reference to these apartments and other apartments mentioned in the voicemail, but every number you call, NOBODY picks up or calls you back. If this is any reference to how they manage their business, maybe I don't want to rent from them. When you (whoever you are) get my voicemail at any of your rental locations, give me a call back.
