"Great place to live. Apartments are slightly on the small side but very nice and well maintained. It is in a great location with many popular restaurants and stores nearby, and is surprisingly quiet considering it is located in the city. The apartment manager does a wonderful job. He quickly addresses any issues and/or concerns and is very friendly."

"The manager here very obviously dislikes young potential tenants. Also, get this.. He claims that if you are not married and you have a roommate that everyone must be able to pay rent individually and that everyone had to pay the $500 deposit, which is ridiculous! Normal apartment complexes simply require that everyone living there must make enough collectively to pay rent and that there is only ONE deposit from everyone! At least the apartments themselves are okay looking, just small."
