"Room was nice and clean. Bed comfy. Nice large fridge microwave and cook top. The folks who run it are really nice and quickly responded to anything I needed. Would definitely stay again. This was a long 3 week stay"

"Upon arriving you’ll meat Neal the owner of Studio 6. He’ll show you the room that is stained with the smell of marijuana. If you’re one of those lucky enough to get a balcony view overlooking the parking deck you’ll be able to see all the trash from those one nighters if you catch my drift and tweakers. One morning I was lucky enough to find a condom on the stairs. The room isn’t too bad, you can tell that they’re trying to repair the place but it does look like someone that doesn’t know what they’re doing has installed the shower tile. There were small roaches that I would find in the bathroom and near the sink above the microwave. Whether you booked online for non smoking or in person chances are the only rooms that are available are the smoking ones. Don’t plan on checking out early either, he’ll say that he gave you the 7 day rate when you didn’t book a 7 day rate through a 3rd party. He’ll show you the astronomical nightly rate for staying in this fine, safe, clean establishment(that was sarcasm) if it wasn’t the “7 day rate” and still charge you for nights you didn’t stay. If you’re planning on staying more than a night or two I would look elsewhere. Walmart has tents and chairs available."

"Nice big room with kitchen setup like coffeemaker, microwave and a fridge. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is nice, but the shower pressure is low. The neighbors can be noisy and loud. Flip flops should be worn in the room at all times as your feet get black if walk barefooted. Our check-in was smooth and easy. Parking is free. We had to 'tap' our credit card, although we paid online. It's just for holding and won't be charged. it's for any damage, I believe. The location is close to the historic area, which is nice."

"We had to park behind the building up a ramp, I didn't care for it, looks like an old abandoned building from behind. The front of the building was ok. Maybe a little touch up around this place would be nice. It was our first time there. The view looking out towards the riverboat while the sun comes up was really beautiful tho. Stepdaughter recommended because she loves this hotel and she loves the view. Overall it just need a little touch up around the building."

"We weren't sure what to expect with such a cheap price, but this was a pleasant enough hotel and a bargain. Friendly service on arrival, and while the building might have you a bit concerned as to the quality, the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and overall this was a nice surprise. Perfectly located just two minutes from the main street as well."
