"After reading reviews of this rental company, I decided to call about a couple of places I wanted to rent. The first time I called, the individual answered the phone and mentioned the agent would call me back within a couple of hours to schedule a time to look at the properties of interest. I decided to call back again, and this time, it started to seem like I was getting the run around to even look at the property. I told my spouse, I think it seems as if they do not want to rent to people of my color. To prove a point, my husband called about the same exact properties and was immediately scheduled a tour of the properties. A day of the viewing, they text my husband and mentioned the current tenant was renewing a lease, which we thought was odd as he requested to see multiple properties. After that entire experience, we decided it is best to not rent from a company like this. Good luck for those who are interested in the properties with this company as it seems they only want a certain clientele renting from them."
