"First thing our balcony was closed for remodel didn't know till pulled up looked closed.whole building was bad definitely not luxury anything. So many stains on carpet.bathrooms terrible .elevator smelled like burning.front door to building was sticking couldn't get in total nightmare.hallway smelled so bad.lanfscaping parking lot looked terrible.stay elsewhere...."

"Very discuss, but somewhat dated apartments. Very quiet. No animals, but a friend's service dog was welcome. Nice mostly sized and very clean outdoor pool with decent shaded patio area. The grass needed to be cut badly. In the back of looks like homeless people might live there. When you arrive it's scary looking especially because it needs a new coat of paint. The balconies look like they are going to collapse at any moment but they seemed to be sound."

"I was very well pleased with the prior arrangements and was very comfortable with my place of stay. The property owner handled everything in a nice and professional manner. I look forward to staying with y'all again. I try and visit Mississippi twice a year. I hope we can do business again. It truly felt like home away from home!!!"
