"Low prices , great service. Shop while you get tired replaces etc;"
"Called before I came to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. The person on the phone said they did and would get it on. Came to the store about 10-15 minutes after I called and the man that we spoke to on the phone said the tires were in stock, however, the lady at the front went to the technicians and told them not to work on anymore cars. So I didn't get my car serviced. Wasted time and gas driving over there. It was 3:45 when I got there, so it definitely wasn't time for the store to close."
"Lazy, unprofessional staff. Staff in the customer service area did not address customers as they walked in. Women Staff continues to loudly laugh and joke even though they saw me standing at the counter waiting for assistance. One woman even walked off without acknowledging me. Right when I was ready to leave to take my business elsewhere, an employee finally asked me what I needed help with. Told me to pull around to the back. The auto attendant wasn’t friendly. Didn’t speak. Bad customer service and not friendly. Issue I needed fix wasn’t fixed and ended up having to go to another place to have the issue resolved."
"Husband went to get tire for daughters car. Waited an hour for them to open. Then they say we don’t know if the tire guy is coming or not he didn’t show up. He asked did y’all call him? They said no we don’t do that. We would both get fired if we just didn’t show up! He said now the auto dept is outside about 10 feet from store sitting under a canopy enjoying the weather!! Laziest ppl I’ve ever seen & not first bad experience! Almost worth paying more for a tire elsewhere & getting decent service…. Pathetic!"
