"Horrible experience very unprofessional! False advertisement. The young man asked to run my credit. I asked him twice would it be a hard hit and he told me it wouldn't! But it was. Then his dad comes over laughing talking about that's his son and he is in training! After that he ask how much money you got down. And what kind of note could I pay. When i told him what kind of note that i could pay he laughed and said oh all them cars gone. I was very disappointed and irritated with the experience. I told them don't even worry about it! Very Rude people!"
