"BEWARE!! I had my son's jeep towed here to be repaired and after passing by and seeing it in the same spot for a week I went to the shop and inquired why it had not been moved or repairs started and was told the owner was out to lunch (at 3:00 in the afternoon). Two days later received a call from the owner asking if we removed the battery. WHAT?? Why would we do that?? He said battery had been removed and tools left under the hood which were not ours. Long story short a month later we received the jeep back and it had been severally vandalized inside and out and Chad the owner would not take responsibility. Even made us pay for half the battery he had to purchase. It's at a different shop now, a reputable shop. We were shown and told by the head mechanic that our vehicle had been vandalized and apparently to cover up the vandalism Chad's In and Out did a lot of stuff to the vehicle to get it to run just so we could get the vehicle home. It's going to cost thousands to repair it. More than the vehicle is worth all due to Chad's In and Out Automotive leaving it unlocked and sitting out front of the shop instead of in their gated and locked area behind the shop. When I called this to Chad's attention he said he has never had trouble and thought Byram was a safe area and no crime in this area. WHAT??? I know two other people that had really bad experiences here also but I will let them tell their stories."
