Guthrie's Chicken Oxford Ms. 1506 University Avenue, Oxford, MS 38655

"Wow, I really enjoyed Guthrie's over their time in Oxford but the quality is going down at times especially lunch. This last time made me feel like customer service just was thrown out the window. It wasn't busy. It's spring break and only 2 cars in front. I decided to do an order online so it wouldn't be a problem in the drive through. I was there before the order was ready and that's fine. After placing my order and picking up my order I assumed everything was fine and I trusted the staff for the quality I've been getting prior. To get home and realize for as much as I paid and what it looked like and seemed to be reheated fries , no crisp just really soggy. The chicken was not the fresh crispy chicken as always before. The bag had something splattered on the back and the toast not really toast. I hope that things get better soon because I can't see wanting to go back with things like that."

"This is the last time I will eat at Guthrie’s. This is the 3rd time I have received my order with main items missing and the food wet/soggy. When you ask for a refund they will offer you coupons instead, very disappointing especially when you leave a 25% tip for workers that don’t care about the customer."

"Our first experience eating Guthrie’s was good. I would say it’s a mix between Zaxbys and Canes. You get a good portion of food. However, the cole slaw is not good so don’t order it. They said they get complaints all the time about it. Other than that, I highly recommend it."

"The chicken strips was hot and fresh...the fries lacks salt ...the cole slaw has a good taste...but it got warm quickly after sitting in the plate with the hot food...I wish the toast was more like garlic toast..loved the honey mustard."
