"How are these women in here working while the only man here is on his phone. Not only that but to talk that way with a lobby full of customers. DO BETTER! Disgusting. Props to the women for not missing a beat!"

"Our order was placed at 4:34 pm to be ready for pickup at 6:30pm. I arrived early and waited. At 6:30 they still haven't made our pizzas. When the pizzas were ready , the manager gave one of our 4 pizzas to another customer. I was watching and the guy told her whose pizza it was and she still took it and gave it away and said she would make another one for us. So I confronted the clerk she wasn't too concerned I went and confronted the manager and she said when you place orders online that they don't get them until the time we were due to pick them up and there's nothing she can do. Finally got our 4 pizzas at 6:58. I'll think long and hard about going back to Oxford's Little Caesar's and will let everyone else know what bad service I received."

"On two (2) occasions, I have ordered two (2) orders of your garlic-parmesan chicken, but got something other than that (I think it may have been bar-b-que, which I am allergic to). I am not pleased. To whom would I address this problem? Pizzas are great!"

"For some reason, y’all closed an hour and a half before you should have yet we still were able to place an order and you took the money. Other people had arrived looking for their order too. This led to me freaking out and my partner having to go home because she went into a spiral. We have been coming here for a while now but we will not be coming back."

"the dude at the front counter had no clue what was going on whatsoever. after a little while of trying to order he finally got it. but they had no stuffed crust pizza. the order only took less than 10 minutes to get out though. and it was hot and fresh. buy one get one free crazy bread too! very nice."
