"This place is the most horrendous food joint I have been to. Multiple times we have had issues. Today we ordered online to pick up to avoid the 60 minute wait that is typical here, when I got there to pick up my food I was informed that someone had already picked it up and taken it. They were irritated with me that they had to remake my food when they were the ones that gave it to someone else. I witnessed an employee ask a lady waiting for her food “WHAT” like she was inconveniencing him for having to make her food that she was patiently waiting for. I have never left a Google review in my life and this is my first one. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would fire every one of those people immediately and replace them because no one in that location has an ounce of customer service in their body. 30$ for breakfast with that kind of service the food should have had magical healing powers but instead it tasted like cardboard and looked like it got run over by a train."

"Went through the drive through last Friday afternoon. Ordered a pick 2 with turkey and cheese plain with melted cheese and Mac and cheese. After paying I checked my order and they failed to melt the cheese. I asked them to melt the cheese like I ordered and the girl told me she couldn’t take it back and I had to go back through the line and order and pay again. No apology for getting my order wrong just a slam in the face with the door. Very disappointing. Don’t think I will be going back."

"My charged lemonade costed $5 and it tasted like someone farted in my drink. it genuinely is nasty and like pizza was so mid that the 20$ i spent made me feel like a victim of a drive by robbery. the lady at the window was very nice, i hope she didn’t know how heinous this drink tasted because that’s a hate crime if she knowingly served me that. I need answers, why does my charged lemonade taste like sweat it is not good."

"The people at this location are super friendly. They always have fresh delicious treats anytime I stop by. My favorite are the frosted cookies! They change the shape every season but the flavor always remains the same. A light lemony meringue and a soft delicious cookie, how can you go wrong?! Also, I work for Uber eats as well and anytime I pick up an order they're extremely quick and make pickup orders a priority, I like some other places in town where you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to pick up an order that should have already been ready. I hate to say it but customer service has gone down at this location as I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and didn't receive the cream cheese so after I made my Uber deliveries I called to let the manager know what happened he refused to give me a different toasted bagel since mine is now cold and he can not re-toast it. He said "well, we gave you a toasted bagel and that's what you ordered", I said,"yes with cream cheese and you didn't give it to me so now it's cold" he said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." I find it highly ridiculous that this man refused to provide me with a replacement for the items I ordered and I will not be stopping at or recommending this location. I'd hate to see if I ordered a more costly item and it was unsatisfactory because clearly he was absent spirited or minded the day of training when they went over customer service! Highly disappointed in you Panera!"

"First time ever visiting Panera! All the employees are super nice. I got the pick 2 half mac and cheese half sandwich. They both were pretty good! It was quiet inside the restaurant definitely a cool place to study or to hang with friends."
