"Had a roach crawling on the booth behind us. Staff did nothing but say, 'I think they just sprayed for bugs', It eventually crawled on the floor, where I stepped on it. The staff saw me the whole time. They left it on the floor and couldn't be bothered to clean it up. Was still there when we left. So gross."

"This waffle house is pretty new. The food was amazing (patty melt). The workers were scrubbing all the surfaces to maintain the cleanliness. The bathrooms were spotless."

"My fiancé and I have been coming here since the day they open and every experience has been extremely pleasant except this last time! We waited over 10 minutes to be even spoken to. When the server finally did come to us we weren’t greeted just asked what we were drinking. My fiancé waffle was given to him in a Togo container! Our cups were empty when she brought our food and when she brought out the check and she never once asked if we needed a refill. The service here has been great but this time is was absolutely terrible! I could make out the servers name but did get a picture! We also watched a cook drop a steak on the floor! If service keeps going down hill we will not be back!"
